Product Designer & Full-Stack Engineer

I design apps. Then I build them.

I'm Sunil Rastogi — a product designer who ships. From Figma to production code, backed by 10+ years of enterprise software engineering, so nothing gets lost in the handoff.

About Me

Design that survives contact with code.

I'm a product designer who also builds — most designers hand off a file and hope; I can take a product from a blank Figma canvas to shipped, production front-end code myself.

That comes from an unusual path: over a decade spent as an enterprise software and cloud engineer, building systems for Fortune 500 companies across Retail, Banking, Healthcare, Marketing and FMCG, before focusing on product design.

That systems background is exactly what shows up in the design work — not just how something should look, but how it holds together end-to-end, at scale, in production.

How I Work

One person, from brief to build.

No hand-off gap. The same person who explores the problem is the one who ships the interface.

01

Discover

Understand the problem, the users and the constraints before opening any design tool.

02

Design

Explore the problem in wireframes, then refine into high-fidelity, systemized UI.

03

Prototype

Make it interactive early — validate flows and motion before a line of production code is written.

04

Build & Ship

I can hand off clean specs, or build the front end myself — same person, no translation loss.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

The things people usually ask before we start working together.

Both. I design in Figma and I ship in code — React, Next.js and modern front-end tooling. Working end-to-end means nothing gets lost between a mockup and what actually ships.

Let's Talk

Let's build something worth shipping.

Have a product that needs design, engineering, or both? I'd like to hear about it.
