Refund Policy

Digital products (templates, PDFs and similar) are delivered instantly as a download. Because of that, purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been downloaded.

If a product is significantly different from its description, or a technical issue on our side prevents you from downloading what you paid for, contact us — we'll fix the access issue or issue a refund if that's not possible.

• The trial charge is non-refundable — it grants immediate full access from the moment it's charged.
• You can cancel any time from your account page before the trial ends to avoid being charged the recurring monthly price.
• If you're charged the recurring price and then cancel, your access continues until the end of that billing period. We don't refund or prorate the remaining days of a period you've already been charged for.
• If a renewal charge fails to process correctly or was made in error, contact us and we'll investigate.

Cancel a subscription any time from your account page. For a refund request under the circumstances above, email hello@sunilrastogi.com with your account email and order details.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take several business days to appear.
