Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information sunilrastogi.com ("the site," "we") collects, why, and how it's used. The site is operated by Sunil Rastogi. If anything here is unclear, contact hello@sunilrastogi.com.

Account information. Signing in uses Google — we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We don't see or store your Google password.

Subscription and purchase records. If you subscribe or buy a digital product, we store the subscription status, purchase history, and reference IDs from our payment processor (Razorpay) needed to confirm what you've paid for and grant access to it.

Payment details. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, our payment processor — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and Razorpay's own reference ID for it.

Session cookie. One essential cookie keeps you signed in. It's not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

• To process payments and detect failed or fraudulent charges
• To respond if you contact us for support

We don't sell your information. It's shared only with the service providers that make the site work:

• Google — authentication (sign-in)
• Razorpay — payment processing, subscription billing
• MongoDB Atlas — database hosting
• Cloudflare R2 — private file storage for purchased digital products and app downloads

Each of these providers processes data only as needed to perform its function for this site, under its own privacy and security practices.

Purchased files and app installers are stored in a private bucket and are never publicly accessible — every download uses a short-lived, signed link generated only after we verify you're entitled to it. All traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS).

We keep account and purchase records for as long as your account is active, and afterward for as long as needed to satisfy accounting, tax, or legal obligations.

You can ask us to see what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and associated data, by emailing hello@sunilrastogi.com. Note that we may need to retain certain payment records where required by law even after an account deletion request.

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
