Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of sunilrastogi.com, operated by Sunil Rastogi. By creating an account, subscribing, or purchasing a digital product, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The site offers two separate things:

• Products (subscription) — access to a collection of web, Android and desktop apps, unlocked with an active subscription.
• Shop (one-time purchase) — digital goods (templates, PDFs and similar) purchased individually, with lifetime access to re-download what you've bought.

You sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping that Google account secure — anyone with access to it can access your subscription and purchases here.

• New subscriptions start with a paid trial period, charged immediately, as shown at checkout.
• Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews at the recurring monthly price shown at checkout, charged to the same payment method.
• You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals — access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for; we don't prorate or refund the remaining days.
• Prices are in INR and may change with reasonable advance notice for future billing cycles.

• Each digital product is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
• Once purchased, you get lifetime access to download that product again from your account, even if it's later removed from sale.
• Digital products are for your own personal or business use. Unless a specific product's description says otherwise, reselling, redistributing, or sharing purchased files or their original source (e.g. a Canva template link) is not permitted.

You agree not to:

• Share your account or subscription access with people who haven't paid for it
• Attempt to claim the trial repeatedly (e.g. via multiple accounts) to avoid paying the recurring price
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell access to any app offered here
• Use the site or its apps for anything unlawful

The apps, digital products, and site content remain the property of Sunil Rastogi. Purchasing access or a digital product grants you a license to use it under these terms — it doesn't transfer ownership of the underlying work.

Apps and products may be added, changed, or discontinued over time. We'll do our best to keep active subscriptions and purchases meaningful, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

The site and its apps are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunil Rastogi isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, including abuse of the trial or unauthorized redistribution of purchased content.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
